Tuna, Egg Mayo Sandwich and Homemade Mayo

Sandwiches are portable finger food that can be taken to work, school, or picnic or can be eaten as a part of lunch pack. Sandwich start at western world where it became a portable finger food and began to be famous worldwide. Sand usually are part of vegetables, slice cheese and meat, and put in together between a slice of bread. Sandwich are popular food and it typically will be eaten plain or added a condiments such as mayo and mustard to enhance flavor and appearance. Sandwich usually are savory or sweet. It is widely sold at restaurant worldwide and it is serve as cold or hot.


Our priority in week 6 as a cosmopoint student are to make the tuna sandwiches and egg mayo sandwiches. we also make our own homemade mayo as and extra.

Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  • Egg - 1 nos
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Mustard 
  • Vinegar 

Method of preparation

  1. First, break the egg and place it in a bowl and stir it using a whisk.
  2. Take the oil and add 1 tbs at a time and stir it until all of the oil have been mix with the egg and until it is soft.
  3. Put some vinegar and mustard for flavor.
  4. Mayonnaise is ready to use.





Tuna sandwiches

Ingredients
  • Bread - 2 slice
  • Canned Tuna - 1 can
  • Tomato - 1 nos
  • Mayonnaise
  • Scallion 
  • onion - 1 nos
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation

  1. First, cut the onion into brunoise and chop the scallion.
  2. Next, open the canned tuna and put it into a bowl then mix it with already cut tomato, scallion, onion and put in some mayo.
  3. For seasoning, you can add some salt and pepper.
  4. Take the bread and rub in the condiments that is mayo, fill in the filling, the tuna, and put some tomato on top and cover it again with another bread.
  5. Sandwiches is ready to serve.




Egg Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients
  • Hard boiled egg - 4 nos
  • Onion - 1 nos
  • Scallion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salad
  • Salt and pepper
  • Bread - 2 slices

Method of preparation
  1. Take the boiled egg and mash it in a bowl until it becomes egg mash.
  2. Cut the onion into brunoise and chop the scallion.
  3. After that, put mayonnaise, sutted onion and scallion into the mash egg.
  4. add some salt and pepper for seasoning.
  5. Take a slice of bread and rub in the condiments that is mayo and fill in the filling, egg mayo, put some salad on top and cover it with another slice of bread.
  6. Ready to serve.






As a conclusion, sandwiches is an easy and simple to cook but it is a major food that need to be cook carefully. It is a delicious food that can be made in minutes and can be serve as breakfast or lunch.
We have accomplish our priority and we hope that this lesson will be useful to us in the nearest future.
